Can I just turn up or do I need to Book in advance?
Currently we can only offer bookings and not walk in sessions
How can I pay?
You can pay online via our booking system, or if needed, you can use the 'contact us' page to book via email with us and we will send you bank details. You must pay beforehand in order to secure your booking.
What is the minimum and maximum age?
Minimum age is 10 years old (younger is at guardians risk) and there is no upper age limit.
What at the opening times?
9am - 9pm 7 days a week (last session 8pm)
We will confirm availability when booking
How many guests can I bring?
All the experiences are form 2 - 6 players and we can offer Upto 6 players in the escape and arcade room and 2 x Hero zone arenas. For larger group bookings please let us know during the booking to ensure we can accommodate your request
What should I wear?
Some of the experiences can be a little active so we recommend loose comfortable clothing
Is there car parking?
Can I wear glasses with the headsets?
Yes! You are able to wear all kinds of glasses with the headsets on, with little risk of damage. Many people find that they do not require their glasses due to the VR lenses anyway.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your booked session to get prepared and receive instruction
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, providing this is done 24 hrs before your booking then you will receive 100% refund, after this we can not offer a refund as we would not be able to fill your booked slot
Can we have spectators?
Yes, this is not a problem and there are screens for the spectators to watch the experience on.
Are the experiences scary?
Some of the experiences we offer can be scary and you should consider this when selecting your experience
Are there refreshments available?
Yes, we have a selection of cold drinks and tea's and coffee which can be purchased at the centre
Yes, there are limited parking spaces right outside of the center where it is free to leave your car
